Insurance
I am a participating provider with the University of Pennsylvania’s Aetna Student Health Plan.
For all other health insurance plans, I am considered out-of-network. Your health insurance company may partially reimburse you for my services as an out-of-network provider. I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The following questions may be helpful to ask when discussing your out-of-network mental health coverage with your insurance company:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- Is a referral required from a primary care physician to see an out-of-network provider?
- Do I need pre-authorization before seeing an out-of-network provider?
- Do I have a deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount for an out-of-network therapy session?
Payment
- Cash, check, and credit cards accepted for payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
- Please notify me within twenty-four hours if you cannot attend your appointment. Late cancellations incur the full cost of the unattended session.
